Created to help the development of our employees into Clinical Research Associates, the CRADP will offer recent university/college graduates, people with prior experience in related fields and existing Covance employees 'real-life' experience and classroom training to help develop clinical skills, critical thinking and teamwork ability.
What Is It?
A global development program designed to include:
- On-the-job training in a clinical role
- University tuition leading to a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research
- Senior Management oversight of program
- Continuous learning and development
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bright and enthusiastic recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a life science area with a 3.0 GPA or higher (US)
- Globally (excluding US) - good level degree in a life science
- Or in lieu of the two qualifications above - certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology).
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Good organizational and time management skills

The Post Graduate Certificate
- Formal externally accredited and certified university course
- Two modules — one theory based, completed on-line, one practical based at a university campus
- Assessed by assignments and role plays
- CRADP participants will receive periodic reviews and annual formal evaluations
- Movement to next level will be dependent on participants' developmental needs and business unit requirements
