  • Management Essentials — this 2-3 week program focuses on training those new to their role as manager with Covance. Topics include performance management, coaching, feedback delivery and value-based leadership.
  • Covance Leadership Development (CLD) — This annual training program provides participants with opportunities for reflection and learning on key business and leadership issues. Each Covance business unit convenes its own CLD with the aim to offer both targeted training and opportunities for team building among unit leaders on unit-specific business issues and Covance–wide initiatives.
  • Mentoring Program — Our formal Mentoring Program provides the opportunity for employees to participate in a mentoring relationship as either a mentor or a mentee, bolstering both parties’ professional skills. It includes classroom and virtual training formats, with individual leaders determining their curriculum for the multi-year commitment.
  • — This training program focuses on the manager of managers, recognizing the skill development necessary to successfully lead those who lead others.
