Recruiting Process
Following is a general overview of our recruiting process:
- Individuals seeking employment with Covance may submit their resume/CV online at the Search Jobs page. Resumes/CVs are maintained in the database for approximately six months.
- A member of Covance's Recruitment and Talent Services (RTS) Team will consider all individuals meeting the required criteria and qualifications of the position for which the candidate applied.
- Selected candidates will be contacted by a member of the RTS team for an initial screen. The screen may be conducted via electronic questionnaire, phone discussion or a face-to-face meeting. Candidates must complete the screen in order to be considered an applicant for the position in which they applied.
- Based on the results of the initial screen, you may be invited to interview. A member of the RTS team will contact the candidate and make the necessary arrangements. Candidates may interview several times, initially via telephone then face-to-face with different members of the hiring team. Interviews will be in a behavioral based format in which candidates will be asked to provide information specific to their professional and educational experiences.
- The hiring team shares and discusses their input, and a decision is reached.
- A member of the hiring team will contact all candidates who best meets the requirements for the position, and will extend an offer of employment to the candidate.
